the-print.store provides high-quality printed photographs from local photographers and a platform for commissioned photographers to showcase and sell their work.
We offer personal print orders for customers looking to purchase photographic prints for private use.
We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any product, service, or order at our discretion.
All financial transactions are securely processed. Full payment is required before orders are fulfilled.

2. CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

We strive for accuracy but are not liable for minor errors in product descriptions, pricing, or website functionality.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access and may perform maintenance or updates as needed.
Colors and print quality may vary slightly from digital previews due to screen differences and production processes.
Personal print orders are for private display only and cannot be resold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

3. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

All photographs featured on the-print.store remain the property of their respective photographers.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our website is strictly prohibited.
Photographers retain full rights to their work. Prints are sold for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
Customers purchasing photographic prints agree not to alter, reproduce, or distribute the images beyond their intended private use.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users must not engage in unlawful activities, hate speech, harassment, or spamming.
Unauthorized promotions and external sales not approved by the-print.store are prohibited.
We reserve the right to disable accounts or restrict access for violations of these terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At the-print.store, we take pride in delivering high-quality prints and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since each order is custom-printed, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, we require:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect print and packaging.
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement print at no additional cost.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
